Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges for any item within 7 days of the delivery date. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please contact us by Email / Phone or WhatsApp and we will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Process for Returns & Exchanges

1. Contact Us: Whatsapp us with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange.
