2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, packaging, and ingredients. However, actual products may slightly vary from images due to lighting, screen settings, or batch differences. Minor variations do not qualify as a defect.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods may be offered as available.

4. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, our team will confirm it via WhatsApp or phone call. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled automatically. By placing an order, you agree to receive order-related communication from us.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, incorrect information, or any other reason without prior notice.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our beauty and skincare products, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
  • Exchanges are only considered in case of:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged product on arrival (reported within 24 hours with unboxing video/photo)
  • Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on hayabyraabii.com — including logos, images, text, and product designs — is the property of Haya by Raabii. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
  • Not to misuse the website or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Not to place fake or prank orders (legal action may be taken)

9. Limitation of Liability

Haya by Raabii shall not be held responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity — please check ingredients before use and do a patch test
  • Delivery delays caused by courier companies
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Any indirect or consequential losses
  • Events beyond our control (courier strikes, weather, network issues)

Our products are cosmetic in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary from person to person. Always read ingredients and consult a dermatologist if you have sensitive skin or any skin condition.
