Thank you for shopping with Haya by Raabii. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala): 2–4 working days
  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 working days
  • Remote areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier schedules, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders or above a certain amount (check current offers on the website).

4. Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier services for nationwide delivery across Pakistan, including:

  • PostEx
  • TCS
  • Leopards
  • M&P
  • Trax

Courier assignment depends on your city and availability.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan on most orders.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must be available to receive the order and make payment at the registered address.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Customer being unavailable
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer refusing to accept the order
  • Phone unreachable during delivery

The order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled at our discretion. Repeated refusals or fake orders may result in blacklisting from future orders.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details via WhatsApp. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website.

8. Delivery Delays

Haya by Raabii is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Weather conditions
  • Political or civil disturbances
  • Strikes or lockdowns
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Any other factors beyond our reasonable control

9. Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and inform us immediately via WhatsApp.
  • If the parcel is opened after delivery and found damaged, report it within 24 hours along with an unboxing video as proof.
  • Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.

10. Wrong Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Haya by Raabii is not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

11. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
